Great hotel with wonderful, friendly staff. The grounds and pool were always clean and well maintained. The only downside was the food on site, which was a bit disappointing. It’s a peaceful, laid back resort that’s perfect for families or couples looking to relax away from the hustle and bustle. The location is also ideal, conveniently situated between Secret Beach and downtown San Pedro.

The hotel rooms were absolutely beautiful. The staff was extremely confident and very nice. The property was immaculate. They’re really is not much more that could have been done to make the day better. Perhaps having a few Kleenex boxes in the rooms would be great, otherwise it was simply perfection.

This is our 7th trip to Belize and this is the nicest resort we stayed at in that time. The swim up bar was awesome. The staff was very attentive and very approachable. Our rooms were impeccably clean for the whole week. Bar food was excellent and the drinks were very good. Hoping to be back next May for another visit.

I enjoyed being able to go around island on golf cart. Also no problem getting to other island or mainland by water taxie. Food was great and beautiful weather. Only thing on the side of island we stayed there was seaweed due to time of year. It still was no problem driving in cart 20 minutes to other side where there was no seaweed

Our room was very clean and tidy. Asked for more towels and we got them immediately. The staff here is very caring, and willing to help with anything. We made two excursions at the front desk and paid for our golf cart also at the front desk. The property is just amazing. The swim up bar and happy hour were great! The food was excellent during happy hour and cheap! The pool was really nice and the waterslide was a bonus. I would 100 percent go back to this resort.

Exceptional hotel! Staff was so friendly and helpful and the pools and hot tub were amazing. There's even a fun pool feature to jump off and slide down on for adults and kids. The pool even includes resident iguanas that guard your palace :) Meals were also affordable and very delicious and the hotel can set you up with tours if you need it. The pina coladas changed my life!

Staff were helpful and friendly, accommodating even tricky requests (like early morning breakfasts before we left the last day, etc.) There are several pools, the larger pool was awesome for kids with sunny and shady spots. Kindness The staff was so helpful and kind. People always say this but they are genuinely kind and thoughtful. Our room and our view was amazing. The pools are the perfect temperature. Many of the guests gathered at the end of the day in the jacuzzi to share what we did that day. It was so nice. The front desk scheduled our flights on Maya air, transportation as well as excursions in advance. Everything was seemless. We will be coming back.
