"We had a truly wonderful stay at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort.
The housekeeping staff created beautiful towel art such as swans and other figures with kind messages on the bed — so amazing that we wanted to take photos to remember them!
At check-in, Mr. Oka, who speaks fluent Japanese, was very kind and helpful.
Every staff member we met — at the second-floor restaurant, by the pool, or even in the corridor — greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel so comfortable.
This stay gave us such special memories, and we would love to stay here again when we visit Bali in the future.

"My family really enjoyed stay at Bali Dynasty Resort hotel. Kids friendly restaurants were very helpful for us because we have a 4-year old boy. Then I was happy when I find out "dosa (Indian traditional breakfast)" at the restaurant because I really like it. It tasted good!
The Cleanliness of the room was good. Especially, bed making was perfect, so we were able to sleep well every night during stay. House keeping staff worked very well in a short time during we play at the swimming pool. It was comfortable for us.
There are many shops and restaurants near by this hotel, so we can get there by walking along the seaside road. Furthermore, the location was very near by the Airport, so it was convenient. Even if the road is crowded, no need to worry about."
