Overall is was a nice hotel, we had the spa in the balcony. The hotel is little older and you can see it in the furniture and flooring. The toilet was so small you had to go with the door open. Pool was lovely

We have stayed in this resort multiple times in the last couple of years. The room was not as described and the cleanliness was less than reasonable. The breakfast was inconsistent, staff were generally pleasant however a large number were ambivalent to their responsibilities and did not reflect an understanding of their roles. There were multiple things that have led to us making the decision to look elsewhere from now on. The overall lack of customer care and service is the main reason. I have taken many photos that show what I am talking about.

The resort is placed in a good spot, easy access to restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and well laid out and are clean, but could do with some maintenance. The Breakfast menu was good.
