「Desk clerk was dealing with some guests that were being asked to leave for smoking in their room and he was very calm and professional. The guests were very hostile and he handled it very well. 」
「We stayed a few days for our little one she had gymnastics camp and the hotel was very nice and easy to get to. Could walk to restaurant. Hotel check in was very fast and all the staff was very helpful and friendly. Will stay again. 」
「Campground, cabin feel close to Kings island. It was a great stay. They have shuttles to get you to the park. The pool for a break from the heat is awesome. 」
「This property was very run down. Bleached dirty sofa in lobby, torn wallpaper, filthy doors. Our room carpet was dirty and stained, couch stained, vanity light broken, bathroom smelled like urine. The bed was comfortable and clean, and since it was just an inexpensive place to lay our heads it was fine. Wouldn’t want to spend more than one night though or be here with kids. 」
