We loved the great big counter space that divided the kitchen from the living room. The beds were extremely comfortable. However, we were unaware of the steep steps up to the unit. My husband struggled with them every time we went in or out. I'm not sure we would have rented this place if we had known about those stairs. A grab bar in the master...

Front door of 14 West is tucked away and has a sign on the door No Trespassing Private Property, no hotel name on it. Couldn't call a local number. We finally figured it out. Just putting this out there so others won't have the same experience."
