「The hotel is an old building but has the minimum equipment: moderate speed wifi and airconditioner, but no fridge. The check-in process was a bit messy. Because my flight arrived at about midnight, the hotel had requested me to call the sister hotel in advance. However, when I arrived at the hotel, there was nobody and I could not get into the hotel. So I walked to the sister hotel and got the key around 1:30 am.」

「It was three of us in a room. Air-conditioner seemed to not stay the same temperature during the night, and parking sucked, and shower floor wasnt leveled so water kept running out. Otherwise, clean room, excellent location, lots of options to eat, owner was very clear and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.」

The pool was perfect. Loved the hot water outdoor shower. The Hacienda is the perfect place to get away from it all and relax in a beautiful setting. Truly a unique experience.」

「Todo es excelente lo único que encontré problemas fue el estacionamiento que se hace complicado el salir del caminando hacia el hotel, algo bueno que también tiene es que en el elevador principal se encuentra la cafetería de hospital que es una ventaja para comer cerca, bueno y económico 」

「Nice location. About a 10 min drive from the airport. Less than a 5 min walk to the beach. Lots of eateries and stores within walking distance. I never felt unsafe walking the neighborhood. Rental was nice, clean & affordable. The only drawback was the neighbor’s dog barks sometimes. It’s not a constant thing but if people are highly sensitive, they might be bothered. Some of the locals drive crazy, but thats to be expected. Hardly anybody uses turn signals and some even take red lights. Use...

「Such a great and cozy find! Walking distance to museum, great places to eat, and a beach. Housekeeping staff was very helpful. The owner Margie added personal touches as well. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Definitely a gem in Santurce. 」
