"Definitely needs a major update but staff were nice, the room was clean and it’s in good area/close to the aquarium and M&T stadium. Would stay again!"

"Room was spacious, tv channels were endless, 2 restaurants on the property (tried the American fare one, delicious and great service!), hotel was clean and exceeded our expectations! Gym was small but had solid equipment and clean. Staff were all very kind and accommodating. Hotel shuttle was a great perk! Overall 10/10!"

"I wasn't happy that I reserved this room 8 months in advance and got put in the corner by the laundry and service elevator. I'm going to contribute it to the fact that I didn't get price gouged because of the highly anticipated concert in town, so I had to be put somewhere."

"We loved our stay at the Renaissance Baltimore Harbor! We did not get the same check in at reception as others before us before us, and I am not sure why? We were not offered water, nor were asked if we had stayed before; the only reason I’m bringing this up is because multiple people before me were offered water and directions as well as information about the property. We were not, it seemed she (the woman checking me in) had a prior conversation with someone she knew and whatever the news was it was not good. Wish we had better service to welcome us; however the stay was lovely."

"We came for the BTS concert. Our hotel had our room ready for us when we arrived at 12p prior to the normal 4pm check in, which was amazing. The hotel is right in the center of restaurants/coffee places. It was perfect for us to see some sights and attend the concert!"
