「After we checked out they charged my CC for $7.49 for a wash cloth they said was stained which is ridiculous. Afterwards my wife starting checking other reviews on other sites and low and behold this is a common practice this hotel uses because most people won’t go back after them. Wrong with me. My CC company took care of this and I contacted their corporate office for such a despicable practice. No more Best Westerns for us. Don’t stay there.」

「The room was nice and clean. We stayed because we have pets and appreciate the low rate for pets. The grounds need work--there were cigarette butts everywhere on the ground. The building needs an update but stay was pleasant and employees were nice. 」

「Breakfast was good, they continued to monitor the levels of everything and made sure the supply met the demand. Staff was friendly. The hotel over all was much cleaner than expected. We were very impressed and will make it our go to hotel when in the area. Also, found out it’s a pet friendly hotel for anyone traveling with pets. We didn’t have one with us but it’s good to know so we can bring Fido with us next time and safe the cost of boarding. 」

「 Stayed at Pensacola Beach Resort with a family of two adults and two teen daughters and it was very disappointed. While the hotel looked clean and the lobby was nice, seating was limited. They have a sitting area outside but the wind brought the guests to come inside the lobby. This is definitely not a family-friendly place. The pool was small, overcrowded, and full of loud adults drinking. We didn’t feel comfortable letting our daughters stay in the pool. Room cleanliness was also an issue....

「The actual outside definitely could use a face lift. The rooms are clean and well stocked. However the upgrades were clearly over the top of previous damage. The parking lot had a strong odor of marijuana. When informing the front desk only to be told there wasn't anything they could do. Just shows lack of professionalism and customer service. The restaurant attached to the hotel is absolutely amazing. Dinner with live music and breakfast was delicious. Steve and Lisa are the most humble people....
