「Staff friendly and helpful. Parking felt safe and easy」

「Totally impressed with our first stay at Coastal. Had an 8th floor Oceanfront room. Called in the morning for an early check in was met with a friendly woman who said she’d contact housekeeping to get a room ready for us. Check inn was a breeze by another front desk woman. Everyone employee in the hotel had a hello with a smile. Had a clogged sink and a remote that didn’t work when we checked our room and someone was sent up to solve the problem within 5 minutes and solved them in 3 minutes. ...

「This is an old hotel. It requires an update. Staff are always very kind. Even though its a low rate, they charge extra for room service, which i never use. With housekeeping fee it is still very low priced. The balcony is very dirty, but besides that its a great place to stay.」

「We had a great stay. The oceanfront view was perfect. Parking was easy, it was in front/attached to the hotel. Staff was nice. Hotel needed a little updating. There was spacing between the door, I could see the hallway and light coming through to the room. Bathrooms could use an update as well. Overall for the price and location we were satisfied and we are picky.」
