"Avoid this hotel like the plague. Never mind the fact that the employees don't care and are careless - I asked the front desk twice for an extra blanket and never got one, I asked for the towels to be replenished and was ignored, the cook burned something in the kitchen and the entire hotel had to be evacuate. Never mind all that, the worst part was when I asked for the front desk to get me a taxi. I read that it only took 20 minutes from the hotel to the airport. The front desk person called someone on their personal phone. When the driver arrived, he seemed to be paying off the front desk person for the referral. The driver ended up charging me 110 Euros for a 20 minute ride on a Saturday morning with no traffic. I asked the front desk person for a taxi and instead, I got caught up in a side hustle where the front desk staff makes extra money by shaking down unsuspecting tourists like myself. Avoid this hotel like the plague!!! The employees are something else!"
