「Well facilitated, an electronic hot pot to boil water that was helpful, I like it. Also, in the shower room you can use shampoo and conditioner separate which I like too, as hotels in Europe usually give you two in one, even three in one too.」

「The room is big and clean. Breakfast is the best. Taxi fee from the airport is around 50euros.」

「What an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Katie, whose warmth and friendliness immediately put me at ease. After a long international flight, I was completely exhausted and a little overwhelmed, but Katie's genuine kindness turned everything around. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She patiently answered all my questions, and when I was struggling to get the payment to work at the vending machine, she happily stepped in and...

「The room is very clean but the equipment is not enough. The staffs are cute and friendly but there are no staff when you check in.」
