Staff was friendly, lots of restaurants and shopping near by, bus stop right outside , train station 10 min walk , only thing that we didn’t like was the bar was NEVER open .. we had to beg to get a glass of wine or beer.

Staff was so helpful and arrange for a car service to get us back to Munich airport ($40). Clean, great breakfast, cute little town easy to walk to for a late dinner. Good spot for a late flight in and early flight the next day. Only surprise was how far location was from the airport. Uber was $50 and took about 20 minutes. Had thought it was much closer based on airport map.

We had a great experience at this hotel. There were 16 of us, staying in 8 rooms for three nights and the accommodations and friendliness of the staff was well worth the drive out by the airport. The check-in was near flawless and the breakfast lady on Sunday morning, July 27, went out of her way to provide some breakfast items for us even though we had to leave an hour before breakfast even started. We will definitely use this facility again when we are visiting Munich in the future.

Very good but…

It was very nice, and the customer service at the reception was excelente. The only thing is that the air conditioner didn’t work until they arrived to fix it on the next day, and we didn’t have toilet paper upon arrival. It is also very far away from the airport.

Great stop for 1 night

We stayed there one night while passing through Munich. The hotel is about 15 min drive from Munich International Airport which is very convenient. The room was pretty small, but comfortable. Very clean and modern. Breakfast was great. Staff friendly and nice. We arrive late in the evening and hotel's parking was already full, but we were able to find street parking close by. Very good value for your money.

The hotel was average. The breakfast was amazing, and the selection was good. The hotel's location is far from the airport, despite being listed as an airport hotel. We hired a Taxi and paid over a hundred dollars to get to the hotel and back.

Eigentlich ganz ok für einen Kurztrip, allerdings ist bei uns im Zimmer die Heizung ausgefallen, es war extrem kalt und es wurde sich nicht wirklich gekümmert. Bei Anreise haben wir es gesagt und es ist nichts passiert, am zweiten Tag sagten wir es nochmal, dann hieß es, der Techniker ist nicht mehr im Haus, sie stellen Heizlüfter rein. Die waren zwar erstmal nett, aber auch sehr laut, sodass wir sie zum Schlafen ausmachen mussten und es wieder runtergekühlt hat. Das Frühstück war ausreichend.

Das Hotel war für den Preis sehr gut ausgestattet. Manko war, dass obwohl wir zweimal den Zimmerservice mit Schild kennzeichneten und trotzdem keine Reinigung der Unterkunft erfolgt ist. Dies melde wir mehrfach beim Rezeption Personal an. Das Hotel verfügte über ein ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet, was im Preis inkludiert war. Weiterer Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Kosten für das parken nicht bei der Buchung ausgewiesen worden sind.
