"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Air conditioning in our room worked well and black out curtains helped us sleep through our jet lag! Ability to store luggage in secure lockers upon arrival prior to check in time was very convenient. Our second floor room with courtyard view overlooked a car park but overall a pleasant stay! Very convenient central location to explore Munich and beyond!"

"This hotel has an amazing location, is clean, modern and a great overnight stay. No complaints whatsoever. However, there is an opportunity to improve the customer experience with a bit more human interaction or staff. The automated process was a bit sterile and there were delays for customers when staff had to help people with the automated check-in process. There was only one staff member available, that I saw at the front entrance. This happened several times while we passed through the hotel entrance. Even with this small inconvenience I would very much recommend."

It’s centrally located in Old Town where it’s within walking distance to major attractions and transit lines. My room was spacious, clean, and had different amenities. Thank you to Peter and the rest of the team for their professionalism, kindness, and being so resourceful. I enjoyed my stay at the Platz and would recommend you staying there!"
