「We had a lovely stay at Katrin and Jürgen’s apartment during Frühlingfest in May. The unit was clean and cozy, and Jürgen was extremely responsive to any questions or needs we had. In addition, the location is perfect. It’s half a block from the tram, which made it very easy to get around, but the neighborhood itself was gorgeous, quiet, and safe with lots of restaurants nearby, and we loved exploring a more residential part of Munich.」

「The apartment was in a great location and had plenty of room. That’s about where the positives end. The check in process was very bad and not communicated well at all. The app worked great it was finding the apartment that was an issue. I re-read the listing and it made sense in hindsight, but whilst traveling to a new location it would be helpful to clearly communicate how to located the apartment in the building. Also, I’m used to Airbnb and VRBO hosts having some basics, like bottled water...

「Conveniently located near the train station and within easy walking distance of restaurants, Old Town, and local attractions. I was able to drop off my luggage before check-in, and the manager even delivered it to my apartment later, which was greatly appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
