「I don know how this place has a 7/10 our stay was alright the bed was good and we were able to cook meals. But there was the most horrific smell coming from the bathroom, I asked if they could fix it and they said they would. 「内装がすごく素敵だった！最上階で窓も多いのに騒音も感じなく快適だった！最上階までエレベーターがなく、1フロアスーツケースを持って上り下りしなければいけなかったのが大変でした。あと、入り口がパスコードで入るセキュリティーだったけど、治安が少し不安な通りだったのもあり、出入りの際に誰かが後ろからついてきてないか、入った後に扉が閉まるのが遅いので誰も入ってこないか、心配しながらになりました。部屋が少し寒かったです。でも全体的にとても快適で、インテリアがほんとに素敵だったので外に出たくなくなる素敵なお部屋でした！ありがとうございました！！」

「El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila muy cerca del centro. Lo que no me gustó fue que al llegar exactamente a la hora del Check in 15:00pm estaban haciendo la limpieza, por lo que esperamos 10mn más, pero al entrar el cuarto tenia un olor a trapo sucio, como sino hubieran limpiado bien y la tasa del baño se veía amarillenta. No había clima en la habitación, solo dejaron un ventilador, considerando que son 2 habitaciones y que somos una familia de 5 si hizo falta uno más .」

With a quick WhatsApp message, he was always quick to come and assist with anything we needed (more toilet paper, etc.). You will need to use Google translate (into German). Lots of space for this family of 5 (king in primary, single in 2nd bedroom, 2 flip out sofas in living room). Kitchen has limited plateware/pots/pans/tools for cooking. Location is great. 「Could not get in front gate. Apartment was not as advertised. Bugs inside, toilet did not flush, a/c did not work, wires all around which seemed unneeded, duct tape over key in door on inside so could not lock the door while inside the apartment. Safety concerns. Upon checking in contacted host about issues, no offers to resolve any issues. Felt so unsafe that we left the apartment within an hour of arrival.
