"I loved our lanai. We had a Mountain View and my favorite thing was to sit out there. I also loved the banana bread each morning. I’ve been craving it since! I hope you like to wake up early if you stay there as the roosters start at 3:30 am some days!"

"Perfect area for exploring the island. You are out of the Honolulu traffic and can explore the north shore and west sides of the island with ease. The view is amazing, and the unit has all the necessities and more. The wonderful hosts even had breakfast items and a few beers waiting for us in the fridge. They are truly lovely people and their place is perfect as a home base."

"Loved the location. Loved the beach, meeting “Harry” () and pals, snorkeling, the food trucks. However, our room, on the second floor was not ideal. The openness of the view was restricted by the balcony overhang. I had to go down to the beach to see the moon and treetops! it’s position directly above the pool was noisy due an irritating electric motor sound. "

"Zack, the host, was readily available and responsive to our questions and requests. We were surprised to find that the access to another unit in the complex was across our patio which was right outside our living area. It was awkward to have strangers coming and going so close to our living quarters and I think this should be disclosed in the rental information. The unit is dated and worn.The kitchen is haphazardly equipped, with old cookware, chipped dishes, a mishmash of wine glasses and cooking utensils. Furnishings were fine, as were beds. The 2nd bathroom down one flight to the pool deck was labeled for our unit, but I think was also used by other renters. I know Hawaii continues to get more and more expensive, but we felt this unit was overpriced for the above stated reasons. "

"Shari was a fantastic host! She welcomed us upon arrival and provided great suggestions for local restaurants. The rental was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We’d love to come back again!! Thanks Shari :)"

"We enjoyed our 5 day stay and especially enjoyed the use of the pool and all the different pool toy equipment. The extras like beach towels and ice chest were also appreciated. The home was clean, spacious and well equipped for our party of 6. The only suggestion is to have at least one extra toilet paper roll in each bathroom, an extra paper towel roll and hand soap for all the sinks. The neighborhood was quiet and the yard was beautiful. Contacting the owners by text made communication easy."
