"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect home for an "extended family" vacation ! House and property were spotless and well maintained, plenty of room for the entire family to spread out. Large fully stocked kitchen and grill areas made it easy to cook for our large family and the guest cottage was a nice escape from the constant buzz in the main house. Very close to everything in Kailua (shopping, stores, restaurants, etc.). Kids absolutely loved the huge backyard and the beach. Garage was full of beach chairs, toys, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, etc. Our favorite spot ended up being the rooftop deck both during the day and in the evening. Not highlighted but of note, this house has 3 washers and 3 dryers, which came in very handy - you don't need to bring much with you. Thanks to our helpful host Alia who answered the many questions we had before arrival. Will definitely be returning in the future!"

"The VRBO allowed us to hit all of our vacation goals - near the ocean and beach, away from the big city, and near enough to an excellent restaurant for the last night!!! My favorite part was that we could swim, sunbathe, snorkel and walk on the beach from our condo! "

"The house is indeed huge and was great for our party of eight couples. It has all the supplies you need. A very well equipped kitchen. Lots of beach towels and even extra sunscreen. The pool was lovely and outdoor dining worked great for our large group. One note, the 8th bedroom is attached to the 7th and you walk through the bedroom to get to the shared bathroom. This wasn't great for 2 couples. We moved the twin beds down to the gym to make the 8th bedroom. Not perfect, but worked to give the couples privacy. The walk to the beach is around the corner and down a beach path, not just down the street as you might imagine from the map."

"Beautiful location with well stocked kitchen. The house only has one bedroom with air conditioning which made for some hot nights Overall a great place Biggest issue was the dryer was not working which we were not aware of until we washed clothes so with a full house of people it was hard to dry towels and clothes. Management sent a drying rack and we borrowed some rope to hang things out however the towels were horrible this way. "

"La Bella's was the perfect place for our family. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfasts were delicious. It is conveniently located to gorgeous beaches and other points of interest.
