"The owners are very nice and attentive. She always offers great local recommendations for vineyards and other attractions. This was our second time there, and we will return. Great location for visiting Lakes Keuka and Seneca."

"My first observation was that I missed the turn into the parking lot because the sign is so small and partially hidden behind a tree branch. Front desk was pleasant and helpful. The room was tidy and comfortable, only issue was the "privacy curtains" did not close all of the way - there was a gap for outside light to come in. Water temps were fine, the refrigerator and TV worked and the bed was a little squishy for me but that's a personal preference. The breakfast was more robust than I andticipated and the workout space, although small, had more equipment that I expected. Parking was easy and it's location is great."
