「The clerk at the front desk was very nice. We asked for an early check in and she was very accommodating. 」

「Everytime we have stayed, the floors were filthy, we saw roaches and spider's during this stay, the toilet didn't flush and tub was dlow to drain. Thier solution was, have a plunger.」

「Overall the place worked for our week. Internet was sufficient. There is a $100 deposit that isn't listed anywhere online. On our first night, we mentioned we had a service dog and were not charged a pet fee. When we extended our stay, they charged us a pet fee saying we never told them even though I had the communication. They made a fuss about having to check the room to refund the pet fee. Walls are very thin and the place is a bit outdated. The shower head looked disgusting, but surprisingly...

「The property in itself was superb with one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in a hotel room...The staff was very cordial and polite...the only thing wrong had nothing to do with the hotel facilities, but it appeared that the location was in a kind of seedy location next to an abandoned coal processing plant...other than that if I ever go back to Birmingham...I will automatically check into this facility...Regards, BJA」
