「Parking lot was very tight and we were giving the wrong room to start with. My son went in and there was someone already standing there. This could have went very bad」

「The front door on my room 120 didn't shut all the way, it was locked and secured but at least a 1.5inch of door not shutting fully. Again, the lock worked (the dead bolt and the door one) but not the best feeling. Staff were pleasant and nice. Easy check in and check it process. Nice comfy bed, cool AC and nice TV. I'd stay here again」

「It was very quiet and the check in was fast」

「I would like to comment on the young lady that checked me in. She was not very knowledgeable about the breakfast and also said there is a $20 early check in and also $50 for room damage that is refundable. I knew nothing about that. On the website Super 8 listed there amenities which was the pool. That was a must for me being the Memorial Day weekend. But the pool was having maintenance done. That should have been on the website not told to the customer when arriving at the hotel. Lastly, today...

「This looked like an old independent motel that they converted to America's Best. It's not the best, a little shabby. The coffee was weak and watery.」

「4泊しましたが、3泊目からバスルームのライトがチカチカしてて交換して欲しいと言いましたが、交換してくれませんでした。 3泊目に掃除も一時間後に来てって言ったらその日は何もしてくれなかったので、 自分でタオルだけもらいに行きました。」
