「Clean room and respectful staff」

「Clean room and functional Air conditioning is a good start. This location has plenty of restaurants around and is right off the freeway. I’d stay here again.」

「I had a bad experience at this hotel had a hole in the door with any kind of insect a rodent could come in. I had to sleep with a chair by the door and a towel. When I ask, can I change the room they proceeded to say that I had to pay extra $30. I wish I could get all of my money back because I felt it was a and when I woke up, I was sleep deprived because I was up all night scared that something was gonna come under the door. The owners are rude and the workers are scared that they will lose...

「This looked like an old independent motel that they converted to America's Best. It's not the best, a little shabby. The coffee was weak and watery.」

「First of all, the front desk clerks (owners?) were extremely friendly, helpful, and accomodating. The room was very clean. I was in town due to a family member being in the hospital, so I was up at dawn and back at midnight each day. I never heard any outside noise. I also never got to try the breakfast, unfortunately. It was a great place to catch some sleep!」

「I was sick of stomach, starting the first evening, up until the time I left. This morning when I was leaving, I realized it was mildew and mold on the ceiling in the hallway where sink is and mold in the bathroom. The ceiling also had brown spots on the ceiling where it been wet. There was NEVER not one at the desk EVERY time I tried to address it. Just a bucket that said leave your key in the bucket when checking out. I really think they need to address it and not rent room 108 out.」
