"One of the main reason I chose the hotel were photos on Expedia of the view from the Vivaldi Italian Restaurant and I often had dinner there. I enjoyed the singing at Christmas evening and the buffet at New Years evening. Excellent staff. "

"Clean rooms great location friendly staff. Access to vehicle was a hassle going down two different elevators to get to basement. Room service was a little slow, sometimes had to call several times to get questions answered. I would definitely stay here but recommend staff to have more efficient service even if the service is great!"

"Well, cheapest 5 star hotel property in Dubai so what can you expect. A bit overrun by Korean tourists groups and buses, busy and very basic breakfast, no hot drinks selections, very limited choice food. However staff is amazing and accommodating, big rooms and convenient location to airport."
