"One of the main reason I chose the hotel were photos on Expedia of the view from the Vivaldi Italian Restaurant and I often had dinner there. I enjoyed the singing at Christmas evening and the buffet at New Years evening. Excellent staff. "

The area is very interesting as it’s all shops selling car parts , so it has a semi industrial feel to it . It’s close to the subway which is great . "

"On first impression, I was a somewhat disappointed how ever as I settled in, I found the rooms to be comfortable, the amenities very good; the gym is open 24 hrs, and pool area relaxing. The location is excellent and is on the main stretch of Muraqqabat St., and a 10 min walk to Al Ghurair and Reef Malls. I ended up enjoying my stay very much and extending it."

"First time in the is hotel, but for sure not the last time. Great hotel in a very nice area close to the festival city mall. Very nice view over the creek. A lot of kid friendly playgrounds. Along the creek great long walks possible with a lot of restaurants where no cars are allowed. Some small shops in walking distance. We were upgraded to a suite, which was great and we felt like at home. The pool area was great too with a beautiful view."

"Stayed at hotel for business. I had my two watched and diamond ring for my wife forgot in the room. Inquried about it on email. Never got any responses back. This is highway robbery. I even tipped the roommaid 100 dirhams. I will contact dubai police"
