Clean rooms great location friendly staff. Access to vehicle was a hassle going down two different elevators to get to basement. Room service was a little slow, sometimes had to call several times to get questions answered. Staying at Swissotel as a first timer was an unforgettable experience. Right from the Reception Desk, meeting with Mehzan (hope I got the name right) was so pleasant and welcoming. The team lead overseeing the Restaurant was a super nice guy. On our last day, we were served a tasty carrot, moist, flavorful, and packed with sweet, carroty goodness to say: “Good bye”, and on it was written; “See you soon”. That was so sweet and amazing. We’d sure be back soon. Thank you for your hospitality and warmth.

Excellent hotel, the room was massive with a big picture window with views over the city. Everything was in top working order in the room and bathroom. The hotel is part of the shopping mall with other shopping options all around. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing.
