In general the whole experience was great, except for the situation where we received LV stickers as our honeymoon present. This was a bit ridiculous.

Wow this resort is really amazing. Everything about it was stunning from the foyer to the room, the pool, the restaurants, the grounds. Everything was perfect.
Service was impeccable and staff were friendly and helpful. Felt like we were the most important people there, as service was personalised. Would highly recommend

Room had no cold water on arrival. Could not take shower, could not wash our face or brush our teeth as the water was boiling hot! This happened on arrival after 16 hours of flight! A technician showed up to fix the problem, after one hour he said the issue was resolved, only for us to find out that it was not resolved. Because of all this we missed our dinner. The morning after they moved us to a suite, but they forgot to do daily service of the room. We came back to the unit the end of a day being out and seeing the unit exactly we left it in the morning. They wasted another 2 hours of our time to service the unit. Just a complete disaster. The hotel itself is nice and new but the service is mediocre at best! The staff needs far more training, and units have to be inspected before they assign guests to the them. A massive disappointment!!! A complete waste of my money and time for such a huge trip that was supposed to be immaculate and memorable and flawless as I expected from such facility!
