Wow! What an incredible experience. From arrival to departure, Atlantis The Royal lived up to its reputation as a world class hotel. The room was spacious with added amenities and a spectacular view of the Palm from the balcony. The pools were clean and had sun care products available around the vicinity. Breakfast at Gastronomy was overwhelming with options and nothing was too much. It’s definitely worth it to upgrade to the club lounge as tea, evening happy hour and drinks are included.

The hotel itself is genuinely luxurious — elegant rooms, immaculate finishes, and facilities that are a real cut above. The spa, pool and fitness areas were excellent, and the overall atmosphere is exactly what you hope for at this level. The one thing that stopped this from being a perfect stay was the booking process. My reservation had somehow been cancelled in their system, and I only found out because I chased it up myself. Unfortunately I didn’t feel much willingness from the team to think along with me or take ownership of the problem — I had to keep pushing to get my booking reconfirmed. For a property of this standard, I’d expect the service to match the surroundings. The hardware is five-star; the guest support in this instance wasn’t. Worth staying for the facilities, but do double-check your reservation beforehand.

Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish! Check-in was incredibly smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade what a way to start the trip. The property itself is jaw-droppingly beautiful; every corner is a masterpiece. What truly set this stay apart was the incredible service. The cleaning crew went above and beyond when I mentioned I wanted cold water, they immediately brought a mini refrigerator to my room without me even having to ask twice. Such thoughtful attention to detail! Dining was equally spectacular we had an unforgettable dinner at Carbone and enjoyed a perfect beachfront meal at Nobu. Both were 10/10 culinary experiences. I can't recommend Atlantis the Royal enough. We are already planning our return!

This was my third stay at Atlantis The Royal, and once again I stayed for more than a week. Arrival was excellent: check-in was swift, I was offered a lovely complimentary breakfast, and my room was ready well ahead of the official check-in time. Having stayed here several times, I know the hotel extremely well. Although my request—made months in advance—for a complimentary upgrade could not be accommodated for the third consecutive stay, I understand that upgrades remain subject to availability. The highlight was undoubtedly the Club Royal Lounge. Every member of staff was exceptional, consistently providing warm, attentive and professional service. There were several issues with my original room, but the response from management was excellent. Asanka Buddalankara handled everything promptly and moved me to a more suitable room. His professionalism, efficiency and immaculate service turned a potentially disappointing situation into a positive one. The hotel was extremely busy, and unfortunately some guests were rather loud and inconsiderate in shared areas. Outside the entrance, I occasionally waited around 20 minutes for a taxi while people who appeared to have arrived later were assisted first. Overall, this was a pleasant stay with several moments of genuine brilliance, alongside some areas that felt more average than one would expect from a hotel of this calibre. My personal opinion the overall consistency of service is not yet quite at the level of the Burj Al.

The best part was my rooom and the palm view from my balcony. I absolutely love the hotel. I will definitely be back soon.

Best hotel ever! This place ooze's luxury. The service is impeccable, the rooms are big, cleaned twice daily and the staff are so friendly and attentive. Couldn’t rate this hotel anymore. It is pricey for a week stay but it’s worth every penny!

I loved the fountain show and the breakfast at Gastronomy. The water park next door was great fun. The staff when checking in was not friendly and my room had a weird smell.. I had maintenance people constantly in and out of my room for 3 days. They got me humidifier for the stinky smell that was in my room. I was move to a different room eventually. It was a lot of work repacking my closet at things close to midnight. My stay was 6 days, I felt I was not properly treated, until I met with the manager. She fix things immediately. But I felt it was a little too late. Even when we sat in the front lobby for drinks and dessert the staff was not welcoming. My over all thought try it out for a few days but staying longer you will see its beautiful to look at but the staff lacks warmth and knowledge on how to fix things. They keep asking me what I think they could do to make up for it. I’m like I don’t know give us a buffet dinner. We had to ask them like 3x they looked at us like we were crazy. Anyway I don’t think I would stay there again one time was enough for me, Its not a 5 star service that’s for sure.
