Absolutely beautiful hotel and wonderful experience. Everything is sheer luxury and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate you! Having had issues with Expedia with bookings the hotel staff were fantastic at trying to help resolve issues and nothing was a bother to them. Lots to do in the hotel itself so if you are looking for somewhere to relax I would recommend. Food was also fantastic and plenty of options and variety in multiple restaurants.

Everything from check in to check out was amazing. Entire staff was always ready to assist in any way. Housekeeping staff made sure our stay was perfect and comfortable. We stayed in room with great palm, pool and beach view.

Incredible service. Room spotless and all staff couldn't do enough for you. Facilitates brilliant with pool area ans waterpark major highlight. Will definitely be back next year if poss and highly recommend

Everything amazing, staff are 6* not 5, can’t do enough for you. For a beach break that isn’t a 10hr flight in Jan/Feb it’s the ideal location/resort
