Good hotel, but slightly outdated

Hotel itself is good. It was quite clean, apart from some minorities. Location is comfortable, close to airport and metro. Ride to city centre does not take long. It feels a bit outdated in furnishing or bath, but everything works as expected. I think it was a great hotel back in the days, now it is just good.

Improvements

The bathrooms really need a make over due to deterioration. May TV channels dont work. It is a great location but needs to update to a 4 star level

It's dirty, falling apart, mould in the bathroom, floors are dirty, it stinks, pillows are horrible, service takes a minimum of 2 hours, overprices, ripoff. Worst ever. Would never go back.

Were staying for 2 weeks ,very accessible for everything like metro and mall. Just the toilet we have is flooding all the time,they fixed it but still flood somewhere leaking.but other than that its good.

Disappointing Stay

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The building, room, and bathroom had an unpleasant odor, which made the environment very uncomfortable. Additionally, the soundproofing was poor—we were constantly disturbed by noise, including people playing basketball late into the night, making it impossible to sleep. The reception staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, which only worsened our experience. Overall, I would rate this hotel just one star, if not lower. We would not recommend staying here.

I thought this was a 4 star hotel but it did not live up to expectations. Although it wasnt the worst hotel, I give a low rating because it failed to show how its 4 star. There was a loose screw on the floor in our room which is unsafe, the curtain drapes were getting stuck and felt like if we tried to open them, they would fall on us, the vanity unit in the bathroom was dirty, the plug hole in the bidet was blocked, the table lamp was smashed, the duvet wasn't clean, there were missing items like the laundry or lunch list etc.

The hotel is located close to metro station and the room was comfortable... BUT... When we first enter the room had a very bad smell something like mold or smoke i didnt understand... Futhermore it was really really dirty.... Dust, cockroaches, hair from previous customers on the sheets... very very bad experience....Also the matress was in a very bad condition, a spring had left from the matress and hit my ass when i sat up abruptly, i almost lost my virginity .... Definitely not recommended....

The Nightmare at City hotel.

I had a horrible experience in this hotel. I personally on my arrival told them to place me in a quiet room as i was tired and needed a few hours of sleep before my crucial meeting. They never adhered to my request they placed me in a room overlooking the market field which had continuous running noise till 3 AM with a night football match. I was moved very late after complaining. The next day I went to attend a meeting the whole day on return I found my suitcase being tampered with when I asked them they said no one was in my room. I Was sure I closed my suitcase luckily I had lost nothing. I was traumatised and checked out one day earlier.
