My short stay was faultless, everything about the hotel was excellent, even though it was during Ramadan. Minor glitch, Crossroads bar had run out of Kirin draught beer, which I had drunk the first two nights, but they had other options, went for an Italian beer, which was very nice, and gave me the first one on the house. Such amazing hotel, with totally different experience and atmosphere. You will find a nice unique decorating touches every corner in the this hotel. Local culture environment, clean, quite, i would definitely stay again and again. Special thanks to (Anne) & (George) at the (Daily) resturant ground floor, they treated me so special and made feel delightful 😊. Although the hotel is 3 stars but its way better than many 5 stars hotels.

Enjoyed stay

5 star from top to bottom! Very kind staff… I forgot my phone in a taxi, and the staff got in touch with the taxi driver and had my phone returned. Amazing service, I highly recommend staying here if you go to Dubai.

This is a great hotel, which is only a 15 minute walk from the Dubai Mall. Everything about my room was great; very comfortable bed, spacious room, lots of storage, and a large shower. The staff are excellent and willing to answer any question. The food in the restaurant is also excellent. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Dubai.

overall perfect stay

Allowed early check-in and upgraded our room for free. The staff were absolutely lovely and our room was fantastic. Very clean and the creek view was incredible. We could see Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frame part the creek. The breakfast wasn’t bad at first but I can’t complain because the offered to make whatever we wanted the next day. Overall, lovely stay.

I love this hotel, it is my go to whenever I visit Dubai. The facilities are super modern and clean and it does not have the lingering smell of smoke and age that many of the hotels do. Amazing breakfast buffet with great service. I spent 9 nights stuff was very helpful I will definitely go back again
