Quel dommage !」

「My stay here was very, very good, and I really enjoyed my time at the resort. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Communication was always quick and efficient, and whenever I had a question or needed anything or had an issue, they were happy to help. The beach is absolutely beautiful and was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The location is also very convenient, with shops, restaurants and other places to eat within easy reach, which made it...

「Nice place and nice people」

「The food was amazing! I have never seen such elaborate bread and dessert tables and everything was delicious. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and the room was unique. My favourite part was all the adorable, friendly cats roaming around.」

Transats confortables. L'hôtel propose tous les services : spa, massages, taxis, change, plusieurs restaurants et bars, escapade...

「Here’s a version under the 1,500-character limit: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Avoid this hotel. Our stay at El Karma Hotel completely ruined what should have been a relaxing holiday. From the day we arrived, our room had a constant leak, leaving the floor wet throughout our stay. My daughter even slipped because of it. We also experienced repeated power cuts, leaving us without electricity or air conditioning in the Egyptian heat. These issues were reported several times but were never properly...

「The hotel needs an update. But the staff trying to be helpful. Expensive for the price paid. We believe it should have been cheaper」

「Très bon séjour établissement très propres」

「We thoroughly enjoyed a 2 week honeymoon at Casa Cook El Gouna on ‘half board’. There was a big variety of food to choose from each day and the restaurant chefs & waiters went above and beyond to cater to your needs. The staff in general were accommodating from the moment of arrival until our check out. The resort includes various optional/complimentary experiences week to week, which really adds something special to your stay. The spa area is very relaxing and we really enjoyed having massages....
