"Ridiculous reservation system for the hotel restaurants. It simply does not work. Always says everything is fully booked and tables are empty. People make reservations and they don't use them. Doesn't say a lot about the kind of people that stay here."

Turn off the exceptionally loud pool music. It gave the impression that they were trying to push a young and hip vibe for the place but that simply wasn’t the kind of clientele on site. Likewise, soundproofing the room doors to combat the basketball court right outside everyone’s room would be wise. Very bizarre location for the court."
