「For a 1* pension hotel the room I had as a solo traveller was superb ! Good sized room, sink, fridge, and balcony was just perfect. Also the property has clearly been renovated as everything appeared new and the common WC/ shower rooms are very modern with a very hot power shower. Raphael and Carlos keep the property spotlessly clean and do a great job. I highly recommend Pension Alcala, but its best to try and book a room with a balcony 」

「Had at great stay at the royal sun. Our apartment was beautiful and we had everything we could need. We had a three bed on the top floor. The facilities in the room were superb, especially the jacuzzi. The bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch too. Beds were very comfortable. Whole apartment was spotless and great quality towels. 「das zimmer war sehr schön und gross. leider war kein Kingsize bett enthalten sondern zwei einzelne Betten die schnell auseinander gleiten. die Lautstärke von schreienden Kindern und dem benachbarten Hard Rock Hotel waren manchmal störend. Das Personal war stets höflich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war auch ausserordentlich sehr früh möglich. mir fehlte eine schuhbürste da die Insel sehr staubig ist.」

「What a wonderful hotel and the all inclusive was excellent. We enjoyed having lunch at Breeze overlooking the ocean - you could even have steak! Breakfast and dinner buffets were brilliant as well. The all inclusive included all drinks and the cocktails were freshly made. The wine was from a bottle and not on tap and very good quality. I recommend the pina coladas and Aperol Spritz! The pool area was well maintained - we could always find a sunbed. We hired a car which was quicker and cheaper...

「12月24日-26日にstudioに宿泊。　部屋は非常に広くきれいで長期滞在者用に食器が充実しており、大きな冷蔵庫もあります。ベランダと非常に小さいプールがあり、プールは共用。　時期のせいだとも思いますが宿泊した部屋は陽当たりが悪く、ベランダは寒いのでプールは利用しませんでした。　逆側の部屋（恐らくもう少しランクの高い部屋）は非常に陽当たりがよさそうで、少し奮発すればよかったとも思いました。朝食のビュッフェは充実した内容でどれもおいしかったです。　また、２Fのレストランを夜に利用しましたが、夜景もきれいで味も良かったと思います。周辺の五つ星ホテルのエントランスがクリスマスで盛大に飾られているのに比べると簡素でしたが、その分部屋が広く充実しており、私たちのニーズに非常に合っていて満足でした。」

「サービス、施設は非常に良い。フロント、レストラン、スパの係の方はみんな笑顔で親切な対応だった。ビュッフェの食事は飽きることが多いが、毎日、スペイン料理の日、バーベキューの日など変化があり飽きることがなかった。コテージに宿泊したが、屋外ジャグジーが良かった。唯一の難点は室内の翌日にお湯を貯めると金属か砂のようなものが溜まること。総じて、よかった。」
