"First thing to say is that all the staff are amazing and cant do enough for you. Special shout out to Bina who was so friendly and approachable and looked after us, even coming to our room for a chat. The resort is around 400 to 500 rooms, but for our time here we stayed in the Palace section which was very quiet. Never had any issues getting a sunbed by the beach or pool. The sea is nice and wavy and the pool was nice. Food, various restaurants on site and also local ones in walking...

"One of the best hotels in Nusa Dua. The facilities are great and the upkeep is nice. Best to get club floor or villa, in order to enjoy club access. Villa has a nice size private pool and good aircon. Sadly, some lights did not work and my room doorbell intercom did not work. I will stay here again. "
