"The pool and outside area is stunning, the gardens are beautiful and the property is right on the beach front which is amazing, the sunsets every night was a highlight. The staff all very friendly and welcoming. One disappointment was the initial room I was put in I had to change to a different one as there was a smell I believe from the aircon which wasn’t nice. Second room ok. Rooms are big with balcony just slightly worn. The entrance to hotel is great and it only took me 15/20 mins to get to the airport which is also convenient. "

"Where do I start! We stayed one night that was only because we got in late! We went for a short walk to find a few supplies, well if you like the smell of rotten fish a beach full of rubbish this is NO RESORT Not to mention staff had clothes with holes in them and dirty! Breakfast wow just wow! I’m glad I’m on a weight loss journey we were just shocked! I attempted to have toast! With scrambled eggs! Wow so my breakfast was black tea! "

A special thank you to Mr. Folkes, who went above and beyond, especially during Silent Day. Due to my special dietary requirements, he personally arranged for the kitchen to prepare something suitable for me, which was absolutely delicious and greatly appreciated. I also booked a massage, scrub and facial at the hotel spa by Ms. Nungki. She did an excellent job and I felt incredibly relaxed afterwards. During the treatment, I experienced a cramp in my foot, but she noticed immediately and helped resolve it straight away. She suggested a forward bend stretch, which worked amazingly well. Her attentiveness and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the staff truly made my stay memorable. Their warmth, care, and attention to detail made all the difference. I would definitely stay here again. 🌴✨ "

I enjoyed it so much that before I even left the hotel, I rented the entire place for our trip in November. They have been in contact with me to make sure everything is correct. "Hotel location Jimbaran area , not great range amenities close or on beach . Questionable standard in restaurants . Beach dirty , did not eat food at restaurant or breakfast . Poor range considering price . Hotel room requires repairs . Bathroom tiles falling off . Bathtub ledge high gets flooded and slip hazard causing bruising when getting out . Infinity pool no access stairs becomes slippery and difficult getting in or out. Minimal shade and bar area and rooftop bathroom rundown and needs total overhaul . "
