Staff were lovely - Facilities aged and could do with some TLC. Bed was horrible had to get a few massages as a result and couldn’t sleep through the night due to it.

What a beautiful hotel! With its traditional Balinese architecture, we felt transported. The property sits on the beach and offers an enormous swimming pool. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The service was excellent, and the proximity to the airport makes it an easy first or last stop on any trip to Bali.

The hotel is situated at the beach. Worst breakfast I ever had, ants were creeping at the food. A lot of stains at the towels and bedsheets. Bed was comfertable.

We love everything about this peaceful resort. The traditional architecture is gorgeous, the room is spacious, the garden is immaculate, the staff are lovely, the pool is stunning, and the hotel is right on the beach which is safe for swimming. It is great value for money . It is a little dated and tired, but for us that is part of the charm. The nearby resorts may be more modern with up-to-date facilities, but Keraton feels like the real Bali.

This is a tired property, staff are nice but not very with it. Sometimes get the room cleaned, sometimes not. Needs a major overhaul to bring it back to 4 star. Location was very nice and quiet, centralised between Nusa Dua and Kuta.

Great beach location.

The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The gardens were well maintained. The location is excellent with direct access to the beach. The resort is old and needs major updating. Breakfast was average and the restaurant had a very minimal menu. We ate there twice out of necessity and both times food took forever and came out cold. There seemed to be a small amount of guests staying there so there was no vibe around the resort.

Although the property is a tad dated but with amazing history character amd beautiful gardens .. .. the maintenance and cleanliness is exceptional .. they are recovering from the pandememic and doing an amazing job . The service food and rooms are beautiful .. and relaxing .. the staff are beautiful and amazingly helpful and friendly .. walking distance to facilities like ATM .. etc .. The beach is right there with hundreds of fish cafes . I cannot recommendreccomend this place highly enough .. The pool is beautiful and huge and the laughter is everywhere . The staff know our names after a week and we know thiers .. The night markets are fun and right next door .. Rosa gives the best massage and bought us special fruit treats . So safe and relaxed and they even helped us out when we got our dates wrong .. Outstanding by all accounts !!

Balinese character on a pretty beach

This place is filled with Balinese character, the decor is fantastic and there is an impressive bonsai tree collection on the perfectly manicured grounds. The pool is beautiful too. There's direct access to the beach, where it's white sands and plenty of sun loungers were available when I was there. You can see daily local life pass by which was nice. It seems like the hotel is generally past its 'hey day' and it's a little bit dated but everything was working ok and clean. The room was spacious, with an ornate front door and I had a lovely terrace. You could almost hear the waves from the terrace. Subject to availability you can stay past check out for 100k IR per hour. The only thing I didn't love about the hotel was that receptionist kept reminding me that I owed them money for a late check out even when we had agreed at check in that I would pay on check out. Excellent choice if you want to avoid a trafficked route to the airport (~10 mins on a Sat at 4pm).

Lovely hotel to stay in Jimbaran

The Keraton Hotel ticked all the boxes. The staff were excellent- friendly and efficient. Rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Good choice of breakfasts . Pool and garden area was large and well tended ( including a wonderful bonsai collection). Close to the Main Street and backed onto Jimbaran beach, which is a beautiful beach - white sand, clean, great for swimming, and many good places to eat very close I will definitely stay there again when I return to Bali

Look, this place is cheap and has spa and restaurant. It’s perfect for what it is. It’s a quieter part of town in general so don’t blame the resort for being on the sleepier side. The reviews complaining about bugs….there are bugs everywhere in Bali….get use to it. I enjoyed my stay here and especially loved the breakfast. Recommend!

Surrounfing was great, walking distance to the beach restaurants, little bit of a disappointment was the breakfast choices. There was a buffet but not what I expected to be for a 4star resort. Not many choices very sober. Overall good place to stay.
