"We were amazed to have access to all 3 hotels as part of the Ayana resort with their amazing pools, rooftop bars, private beach and the SAKA Museum as well. So many activities to choose from, fantastic staff, beautiful room, and so much to do. We loved Luna Rooftop Bar with DJ and amazing views, even more than the Rock Bar which is massive these days compare to 10 years ago..Also loved the peacefulness of the Forest Pool and Bar at Rimba.. a great stay indeed!"

"This hotel is an ideal value-for-money spot to stay for a few days either upon arrival or before departure – whether you want to hit the fish market and beachfront seafood restaurants, explore the sights in this part of the island, or simply soak up everyday Jimbaran life. Pros: Despite its age, the hotel is well-maintained. Rooms and fixtures are in decent condition. The grounds are lush and green – the gardeners clearly take pride in their work. The pool is clean. The stretch of beach in front of the hotel is swept clean every morning, and the absence of underwater rocks makes swimming in the sea comfortable. Sunbeds and towels were always available throughout our stay. Cons: It's a small hotel – if you're after sprawling grounds, entertainment, or animation, this isn't the place. Breakfast is filling but repetitive – the same spread day after day. Also, occasionally you can smell smoke from rubbish burning somewhere in the area drifting over to the hotel. It didn't bother us, but it's more of a local issue than a hotel problem. Bottom line: We really liked it and would happily stay here again."

Would recommend this hotel if you are looking for somewhere you want to spend most of your time at - due to the hotel and roads around being quite isolated. "We loved our stay at Movenpick. Great resort for families. So much to do there and the kids club was great. We even met Jan who kindly introduced himself whilst we were enjoying our buffet breakfast (so many delicious options). The staff there are amazing and represent the beauty of the Balinese people. It was such a great stay. Definitely on the pricier side but well worth it. Our first time in Bali and we’re grateful we stayed at Movenpick during our short time there."
