"First of all, I was truly impressed by how secure this hotel is. In Bali, there are many bikes and cars, and crossing the street can be difficult, but the hotel security staff kindly and cheerfully help guests cross the road. When vehicles enter the premises, they also carefully check around the car to ensure safety, which I found very reassuring. At check-in, all the front desk staff welcomed us with warm smiles. Even though I don’t speak English well, they kindly used a translator device and guided us carefully all the way to our room, which was very helpful in such a large hotel. The entire property, including the rooms, is extremely clean. There is also a pool, and I was impressed to see the staff cleaning leaves from the water every morning. The maintenance and cleaning of the grounds were also consistently well done. There’s a beach just across from the hotel, and I really appreciated that we could enjoy both the pool and the beach with towel rentals available. Above all, whenever we had any concerns, every staff member responded with a warm smile and a helpful attitude. As a mother traveling with a child, I was quite anxious at first, but thanks to the wonderful staff, we had a safe and truly enjoyable stay. I especially want to thank Ms. Tiur, who helped us during check-in. Her beautiful smile and kind support, even using a translation device to communicate with someone like me who doesn’t speak English, really made me feel at ease. She continued to check in on u"
