"The View Lugano from upper management to the entire View team made my stay the best ever. The rooms are beautiful, meticulously clean and the food is absolutely wonderful. Breakfast is a must. Can’t wait to come back! "

"Beware when staying here. The AC in rooms is preset at 24 C with the ability to reduce the temp only by up to 3 C....netting out at 21C best case. Generally it did not work so our room was always about 23C, which for my family is too warm. Also the restaurant in evenings is absurdly overpriced and the food not great...they focus more on presentation than taste. The town is great so if you stay here walk to the village to eat."
