"This place is gorgeous, the on site restaurants are amazing. I had a Hokkaido soft serve ice cream cone that will haunt me for the rest of my life ;) the staff were unbelievably responsive, and extremely friendly and patient with my six year old daughter. The onsen was beautiful and relaxing. We stayed off season the first two weeks of June and the place was empty - we had it to ourselves. "

"Older property with good sized rooms. Onsen small but not crowded, onsen also out door area. Great main dining room with good view of the skifield."

"Overall is good ! But the water pressure so weak. It need to take more time for bathing. Room cleaning is really only make up the room not all the house. Things put on the kitchen, table ..... still put on the same place, haven't washed."
