「Whole building were under renovation. I did not find any information about it through the web. Even when I made a reservation, no information came to me. The temporary lobby was just next to the car parking and the way to the room was horrible, full of dust. The sounds were big and it was filled with even lot of uncomfortable smell. I have never felt uncomfortable like this before. I trusted the name of Hyatt, so I paid more than 3 times charges comparing to the local cozy hotel where I...

「Do not be fooled by the amazing pictures and very grand entrance. After that, it is at best a 3 star hotel. The site has been over developed, so there is a pool, but nowhere really to relax other than your room. The room was clean and modern and nice. The view was just tops of buildings. We had booked a package that included upgrade, beers, dinner, snacks, On arrival, the check in person just wanted to upgrade us to another room, until I pointed out an upgrade was included in the package....

「There are no shopping facilities around.」

「We loved the relaxing atmosphere at Heritage Village Resort. The options for beach towels and a mat for the nearby Arossim beach was helpful. We loved the poolside but wished it could be open until a bit later than 7.30pm. The breakfast was good. The curated experiences and activities were nice. Although only English music played making the resort feel more European than Indian. We liked the in-room dining options and easy access to restaurants. We didn’t like our bed as it was 2 twins put...
