"The hotel was very nice but before we arrived the booking we made nearly 12 months previously was communicated that they wished to move us to a sister hotel. Following communication before we went on this matter it was then confirmed our original booking would stand. However when we arrived for the first two and a half days of the 7 night stay we were constantly battling with the hotel as they only had us staying for 2 nights and again wanted to move us to this sister hotel.
