「Clean room ,nice staff ,quite great view. I would have liked a couple more towels in the bathroom and maybe some beach towels to take to the pool. 」

「The condo was reasonably close to the beach, was part of a nice community, and was well kept. The unit was tastefully furnished, with most everything you could possibly need, and the management company was helpful and courteous. We would definitely stay there again!」

「Smelt “fishy” in the kitchen area upon arrival, but overall everything was clean. Seemed to go away after the first day. Great location in walking distance to the beach. Bed wasn’t super comfortable, but not terrible. Great location. Pool and spa were good. Can be crowded at times. We would stay again. 」

「Sandy Smiles property was perfect for my family especially since it is pet friendly. We had stayed here for the weekend because my gym was having a beach get together at Terramar Beach and this was perfect! They proved you with a code to the pool which we did not take advantage of but enjoyed watching it from the balcony. The balcony also over looks the lake and other nearby properties.
