「Beginning the day before we arrived, the staff was so attentive. They accommodated my last minute request for a dinner reservation, and the location for our room. We stayed on the upper level of the Tiki Tower. Room was spacious. Housekeeping great. We would have loved a balcony, but we booked late and only Tiki Tower rooms were available. 「I’ll start off by saying everything was faultless. Being newish it’s in pristine condition. The room was lovely with excellent toiletries in the bathroom. There was a microwave, kettle, juicer and jug. The pools area was superb. Loads of great places to relax by the 4 pools. Nice veranda bar with good food. There was also a small morning cafe serving basic breakfasts and hot & cold drinks. The reception area is stunning. The rooms are in 4 blocks immediately adjacent to the reception area....

「The view-pools to ocean with sunset straight out made it the best. Delicious food. Close to 5th Ave. free shuttle or even a 2 mile walk for exercise. High quality clean room. It’s checks all of the boxes for a great vacation.」

「The property is on the expensive side and the room conditions did not reflect the price. The hotels rooms could use updating and amenities to reflect the cost. The maintenance staff on the property worked tirelessly to ensure the property and beach looked nice. There was considerable effort that business/corporate events went well at the expense of paying guests. 」

「The hotel is a happening place with both lobby and poolside entertainment. It's located downtown near all the best restaraunts. The valet parking is also convenient. My only "complaint", which the hotel is aware of, is that the bed headrests are showing serious wear and tear, so much so that there is a sign on them saying, while clean, they know they should be replaced. Hopefully, that sign won't be there a year from now.」
