「Check in was fast and friendly, Gamal was very professional and a pleasure to talk too. The beach staff set up our chairs and umbrellas and were very pleasant. This resort seems a bit pricey but it is definitely worth it. All the restaurant were delicious and they make the best piña colada. It was a great weekend.」

「Upon checking in, I was greeted by the receptionist, who provided me with information for my stay. He was a very polite and friendly gentleman. He offered me a welcome drink, which I thought was nice. I booked 2 rooms, and they were both very clean and nice. The location of this hotel was nice, well-maintained, and clean. Parking off-site, in the covered garage, was a little expensive for the guests of the hotel. A discount should've been offered with proof of stay. Overall, I would stay again...

「I was disappointed in the room. Bathrooms need updating, shower was slippery and difficult to get in and out of. I was also charged double for resort fee both from Expedia and from resort.」
