「ホテルの前のビーチは白い砂浜でとても綺麗でした。 スタッフの笑顔も対応も良かったのですが、チェックイン時にレストランに予約したのに、予約されていなかったり、プールサイドでの飲食が可能なホテルでしたが、注文を取りに来るスタッフがいなくて、わざわざ自分で注文に行ってまた持って戻ってくるのは面倒でした。 ホテルは広い敷地なので、カートで送迎してもらうのですが、チェックアウトで送迎を呼んでも30分も外で待っていました。 でも、なによりスタッフの笑顔が良かったので良しとしましょう。」

「Our stay at the Hotel was fantastic. The weather was great, the staff amazing, and the property immaculate. Our first time to Costa Rica, and we took advantage of the beach access at the resort. We went with friends, and the ladies enjoyed the snorkeling right from the beach area. The restaurants were good. Our favorite was the Oriental. By day three, the staff reconized us, went out of the way to treat us well, such as having coffee poured and ready for us by the time we sat at our table for...

「Wonderful gem of a hotel. Large property with great beachfront, nice (but dated) rooms, great staff, good food, and nice pools. This is a great all inclusive hotel for those looking for a quiet location for a beautiful beach getaway. Staff is amazing....Candy, Steven, Kenneth, Emmanuel, Kevin, Danny, and Geo at the Tour desk. 「Very much, enjoyed our stay at Santarena, the help we’re very friendly and with great service. They gave us a ride to the Pickleball courts and gave us a ride back and never charged us. The courtyard effect of the area around the hotel with all the restaurants is very quaint. Is it very nice quiet place, we had an immensely great time. 」
