「Not good service at all !!! For that kind of price it was a disaster. No water at the spa and gym. And very very rude manager on duty. Because top management was there that Sunday. I will never go back to that property.」

「Loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect — conveniently located near the airport, which made transportation incredibly easy, especially with the free shuttle service offered by the hotel. The restaurant was excellent, and I truly enjoyed the food and overall dining experience. The pool was another great feature that added to the relaxing atmosphere of the stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional staff....

「The room was very clean and the food in both restaurants was delicious. I loved the pool area with swim-up bar and different hot spring pools. The activities on the property are fun too - zip lining, horse riding, and river tubing. 」

Beach was great- no rush to grab chairs.. if looking to hub to travel Costa Rica- this is place; if looking for pampering vacation- find somewhere else.」

「This property is a “Diamond in the rough”. The location is perfect. A half block from the main Beach (the moneys show up around 4-5 pm) and tons of shops, restaurants, bars and all things fun rentals. The staff were superb as was the complimentary breakfast. The rooms are a little dated but very clean. There seems to be something entertaining going on every day or evening in the bar/restaurant area and the pool area was a perfect oasis. We have travel many times to the all inclusive beach...
