"Hotel was booked for just one night while visiting family who live nearby. It was easy to find, and check-in was a breeze. The hotel is clean and the service very good. Our room was exceptionally warm upon arrival, but we spoke to the front desk, and maintenance had it fixed within 20 minutes. Parking cost extra, and we literally took the last spot in the garage, but it was safe and clean. No complaints at all, and as long as this remains an affordable option, we will stay here again. "

"The bed was very uncomfortable, the room had a desk in it which I needed however there were no plugs available on the desk side of the room. The lighting was very poor There were too many frenches and no microwave. Great area easy to get around."

"The rooms are well-designed and equipped with all amenities including real coffee and a real coffee pot, nice-sized refrigerator, etc. The front desk staff is especially helpful. One went out of her way to contact me when I accidentally dropped my VISA card and a Good Samaritan turned it in. Very appreciated."

"Nice, clean and modern room. Hotel seems newly renovated with gym and pool and tennis court. The outdoor bar area is relaxing/lovely and you can see Manhattan. But its a weird set up with the elevator. Lobby is on the 12th floor and you'll have to take a different elevator to go to your own floor which are below and you can't exit the hotel unless you go back to the 12th floor again and switch elevator. Speaking of lobby, unless I missed, I didnt see any sign/directory by the elevator bank on...
