"The hotel was nice. We had an unfortunate experience with checking in. We arrived hours before the 3:00 check in time and were told they couldn’t accommodate an earlier check in for us. "Since first coming in August & September 2023, I have been familiar with this property. With my second trip this year in June, this place is as good as ever! Washed my clothes daily after coming back from my railway day trips. Also very convenient with a Lincos Supermarket, Starbucks and restaurants on the first floor. Bashamichi Station on the Minatomirai Line is also located right below, which makes it convenient for my railway trips. Will definitely come back again on future trips to eastern...
