I didn’t know a thing of Japanese but they’re all super patient and understanding. The rooms are also very clean and organized as well at the hotel itself. Definitely recommend staying here, especially because hon-Atsugi station is about a 5 min walk and there’s a ton of restaurants and even a shopping mall by the station. "
