"The club is not really worth it it’s a nice hotel but they upcharge for late checkout 2000 baht even if you have the club access I stayed in a skyline suite very expensive and they still upcharge me for a 3 hour late check out .. they do have a pretty nice hotel and great breakfast nice area close to good stuff but just book a regular room the nice ones aren’t much better but cost way more "

"Negatives… poor and intermittent internet, only 2 TV stations worked, walls must be paper thin as every night we were awoken by neighbouring arriving back late and talking loudly, silly shower setup meant lots of water on the floor, quite a walk to Nana BTS, and even though it is very close to Makkasan MRT for the Airport Train, the setup of the streets make it too long to walk. "The only negative was that it was difficult to find the hotel. It would have been more helpful if there was some kind of help at the airport and more signs on the street. You are an excellent hotel but it was even hard for the taxi driver to find it with the use of GPS. Once we arrived it was hard to find the entrance but the staff was very helpful when they saw us and directed us in. The whole staff was very helpful and friendly we couldn't ask for anything more. "The Bandara Siam suites are very clean and comfortable and have large windows with great views of the city. The staff is very welcoming, kind and patient. The pool and fitness area is very clean and the sauna is relaxing. I’m very pleased with my stay and they handled an issue we had very professionally. Thank you. Plus they provide a complementary tuktuk service which is very convenient. "

"This has been my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in Thailand. It is the perfect location and close to train station, food, transportation. However, in both buildings they have a mold problem. The walls have mold in them as well as the showers. Do not stay in the the older building where the top rooms are suppose to be. The toilets do not flush and the sinks leaks water everywhere. The constant noice from outside gets annoying because you can hear everything in the rooms so there is bad noise...

Plus near Mrt Train and Shopping, one of my go to properties while staying on this side of Bangkok, thanks guys."

"This place is nice and everyone working there is friendly and helpful. I will say that the rooms smells like smoke and marijuana, that was our only complaint. The hotel is located in a touristy area where it can become loud and busy during nighttime. The beds are comfortable and our rooms were serviced. "
