"This hotel was nice overall, the check in process took a while & our bags coming up to the room was also delayed. I was a little disappointed that I booked VIP but the only VIP bonus was a couple extra beers & there was no complimentary room upgrade available. It was my birthday and they did not have the room decorated prior to check in. Overall the staff was nice but the stay could’ve been better. Hotel is pretty conveniently located."

"It was my third day in Thailand and I needed a place that I can sleep properly. This place did it. The bed was comfortable just like the hotels in the US. The rooms were clean. The hot water were prefect. The foods were great. Everything was great except customer services. I am not Thai, but I can understand Thai language. Please train the staffs to not gossip in front of their customers about that customers. "

The whole building is clean and staff is very respectful and helpful in assisting us. Bangkok 78 is an amazing place to eat and explore different food and drinks of Bangkok. The ambiance, music and attentiveness of staff makes the experience a memorable one. The pool has the amazing view and with Bangkok heat, its such a replenishing feeling dippingi into the water. "Great experience with a complimentary upgrade to 1 bed room suite from a junior suite. All staff was friendly. House keeping was excellent because they know when to clean even thou I wake up late and leave the room late. Will stay again on next trip. "
