Staffs are very helpful and curteous. Pool and sky bar on fl 33 are very cool with excellent view. Parking is a bit inconvenient since it shares with office building and driveway is a bit small. Overall is good experience, location is very convient, near BTS, lots of food stalls, restaurants near Ari area. Will stay again.

Nice hotel, but it's getting a little shabby around the edges. The location and staff are great, but if you come here often, and stay in different rooms (I come a lot for work) you start to notice a lot of very basic things that are broken and wouldn't take much to fix. I hope the management takes a little more care. Breakfast is great, the pool and gym are nice, and the staff like pretty much all hotel staff in Thailand are very sweet and accomodating and helpful.

Plus: Nice, clean, big room (family suite). Great view. Great roof top pool. Great gym. Friendly staff. Decent location (close to SkyTrain, safe area, restaurants nearby). Minus: A bit of a wait for the elevators (only 2 working), expensive drinks in the roof top bar. Breakfast was good but not great. Overall a good to very good experience.

Beautiful, clean rooms with an amazing view of the city! Great central location with easy access to many attractions, restaurants, cafes and there is a 7-11 and Starbucks attached to the hotel - so convenient! The all you can eat breakfast buffet was so plentiful and the hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating! Would definitely recommend and would for sure stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok!

Enjoyable stay with nice view! Room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The infinity pool is with a nice view. The TV is a bit old and the water pressure of the shower is not so strong. 10minutes walk from BTS station. 7-eleven is just downstairs.
