Nice pool area, good breakfast options, and very easy to get food deliveries. I think the Wi-Fi is better in the nonsmoking tower. Our Wi-Fi was pretty good, but heard the smokers complaining and read prior reviews.The AC unit worked very well, but they tend to have some plumbing issues. The on demand water heater was great. I could not use the pool area at all as the time I went down to sit by it- I couldn’t breathe with all the smoke surrounding me and there were always a lot of smokers down there.

The hotel is convenient to the airport. We stayed the first night after our arrival in Bangkok and the night before departing Bangkok. The bathrooms are showing signs of aging, but the beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Room was clean n quite spacious. The supplied toiletries were basic but adequate. If only they could mount the shampoo n body wash on the wall, it would have been better. Users intended to stay here must tolerate the noisy environment, where you could hear the conversation next door (fortunately my neighbours were merciful) n the dragging of chairs plus sound of numerous door opening n closing. It would affect the sleep quality. The bar served delicious food n reasonable prices. All in all, for that price I felt the hotel was good. Thank you Cozy Blu
