"To start I got a welcome message offering an early check in. Which I immediately asked for and was denied. I was deceived by the picture of the hot tub. Property manager will not turn on the hot tub which is controlled remotely. The water was freezing. She offered to refund my money and said that it is stated in the advertising. I went to the website and saw nothing of the sort. But at this point we had nowhere else to go so decided to try to make the best of this situation. You must call or...
