"We had a lovely stay. The air conditioner was quite noisy and the bathroom fan didn't work most days and was falling off of the wall. The pool heater wasn't working on our last night there so the kids couldn't swim. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Would definitely recommend putting enough towels for guests booked in the room. There were only 2 towels for 4 people. We picked more up at the desk, but they should be already supplied."

"Staff at check in were helpful and courteous. Beds were comfortable. Some wear and tear visible. I do not understand showers that have open door and water gets out onto floor. Evidence this is not a one-time thing. "
